1. What we sell

CertCram sells original practice exams: question banks modeled on the topic blueprints of various certification exams. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the certification vendors. Logos, trademarks, and exam names belong to their respective owners and are used here only nominatively to describe what our practice material is about.

2. Not exam dumps

Our practice questions are written by us; we do not reproduce or redistribute actual certification exam items. Sharing or selling real exam items typically violates the vendor's certification agreement and can result in certification revocation. If you have reason to believe a question unintentionally mirrors a live exam item, please email us so we can rewrite or remove it.

3. License

On purchase we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the practice material. You may not redistribute, republish, or resell the content. Sharing your account is grounds for revocation without refund.

4. Refunds

See our refund policy. Short version: 7 days, no questions asked.

5. Disclaimer

Practice exams improve your chances. They are not a guarantee. We make no promise that purchasing will result in passing.
